Returns

We accept returns and exchanges on most products*. Simply contact us at hello@joyjenstudio.com within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions of Return:

• Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

• We recommend using the original packaging for your return, unless it is damaged.

• To be eligible for a refund, please request a return within 14 days of delivery, and send it back within 30 days of delivery.

If you receive a damaged item, please email us at hello@joyjenstudio.com as soon as possible to let us know, including a clear picture of the damaged package and item. We will then issue a refund or replacement.

*Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders

• Digital downloads

• Items on sale/clearance

Cancellations

We accept cancellations in most circumstances if the order has not yet been shipped.
