When will my order arrive?
Soon hopefully! We dispatch orders on Mondays and Thursdays and you can read more about the estimated shipping times on our Deliveries page.
Do you ship to my country?
Most likely. We ship worldwide and are yet to come across a country we can’t get items to. If you live somewhere particularly remote and you’re worried we won’t be able to, then shoot us an email at hello@joyjenstudio.com and we can double check before you place your order.
Do you accept returns?
Yes we do. Head to the Returns page for all the conditions, and instructions on how to return your item.
My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
As soon as you receive your damaged item, please email us at hello@joyjenstudio.com to let us know, including a clear picture of the damaged package and item. We will then issue a refund or replacement.
The product I want is out of stock, will it be coming back soon?
Probably not unfortunately. If an item has limited numbers on our store and has sold out, it was usually either an original art piece or an item we have discontinued. Feel free to email us to double check if there’s anything we can do, but don’t get your hopes too high.
How and where are your products made?
Our products are all made and packaged in the UK by our lovely suppliers. You can read more about the individual products and the actions we’re taking to make them and our business more sustainable on our Sustainability page.
Do you take commissions?
Yes! We do accept commissions for abstract art pieces and Jenna would love to hear from you about what you’d like and any ideas or inspirations you have. Please do get in touch to discuss.
She no longer accepts commissions for pieces involving brush-lettering and calligraphy.
Do you have this print in ‘X’ size?
The standard print sizes we stock are all listed for each print design, but do get in touch as we can order bespoke sizes if there’s a size you’re desperate for.
Can you create a customised version of this card/print?
Unfortunately not, sorry!
Where can I find a frame for my print?
You can get frames to fit our prints from all sorts of places. From IKEA, to Wilkos, to your local supermarket, to Homesense, to your local framers or online framers such as easyframe.co.uk. There’s a frame for every budget and every taste these days. I’d recommend having a google to see if you can find something you like!
Do you offer your products for wholesale?
Yes! If you are a retailer or distributor and are interested in stocking our products, we'd love to hear from you. Please email hello@joyjenstudio.com to register your interest and we'll send over our wholesale catalogue and further details for placing an order. We can sign you up to receive our trade newsletter too if you’d be interested in that.
