In this tier, I share 3-4 reference images each week for you to draw or paint from. Each week the images are based around a different theme, to inspire you in your own creative practice and help with the endless problem of what to draw next! You’ll have access to all the past reference images I’ve shared too.

You'll be welcome to share any of your work from the reference images or other challenges on my Patreon on Instagram using the #joyjenpatreon hashtag.

I also share a time-lapse video each month, with a voiceover, of the creation process of my own artwork from one of the month’s reference images. In the voiceover I talk about the materials and techniques I use for each layer of my drawing, so you can see more of my own creative process. A quick real time drawing of one of the month’s reference images, during which I chat through my thought process as I go.

And there’s always a surprise monthly video too - think sketchbook tours, plein air vlogs, art supply hauls, topic requests from you, material testing, product creation tips, art challenges - whatever comes up in my mind or yours!
