1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”) and Joy Jen Studio Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) concerning your access to and use of www.joyjenstudio.com (the “Site”). If you purchase products from us through a third-party platform, such as Etsy or Faire, the payment methods, checkout process and applicable terms of that platform will also apply. For wholesale orders or other purchases made directly with us, we will provide applicable payment and ordering information at the time of purchase.

We may correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel orders, and limit quantities at our discretion. Please review our Return Policy before purchasing.
